Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the data you enter into Bildyr, including customer information, quotes, and invoices. You must have the right to store and process any personal data you enter.

Demo accounts are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. Demo accounts expire after 7 days, at which point all associated data may be permanently deleted without notice.

We make no guarantee of data persistence for demo accounts. Do not use demo accounts to store real business data.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the service without our permission
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation

We aim to keep Bildyr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. For free and demo accounts, no service level agreement (SLA) is provided.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bildyr. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Bildyr, its logo, and its design are the property of [COMPANY_NAME]. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY_NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You can export your data before cancellation via the Settings page.
